Nobody has opened this section so here we go! Are automated campaigns really worth compared to manual ones?

I have only one campaign spending very low and even when I change the cpa goal aggressively, the campaign does not spend too much so... I was wondering if anyone was having a good experience with this since it's not been a really trendy topic since the campaigns were rolled out

I am currently using it and the performance is being decent but I struggle when I have to scale.
